At I.L.M. Store Digital Hub, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will only be considered if made immediately after placing the order.

  • Once the order has been processed, activated, or communicated to the vendor/merchant, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

2. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer refunds on digital products or services, including but not limited to:

    • WP Themes

    • Google AI Pro

    • ChatGPT subscriptions

    • Netflix or similar services

  • All purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable.

3. Warranty Policy (7 Days)

  • A 7-day limited warranty is provided from the date of delivery.

  • Within this period, replacement or support may be considered only if the product is defective or not functioning as intended.

  • No refund or replacement will be provided if:

    • The service is disabled, restricted, or closed by the original provider/company

    • The issue occurs after the 7-day warranty period

    • The product is misused or break Rules by the customer 

4. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement requests may be considered if:

    • The product delivered is defective or of poor quality

    • The issue is reported on the same day of delivery

  • All such requests are subject to verification by our team and/or the vendor.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify our Customer Service Team on the same day of receipt.

  • After reviewing your request, we will take an appropriate decision.

6. Manufacturer Warranty

  • For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, customers should contact the manufacturer directly for support.

7. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

  • In rare cases where a refund is approved by I.L.M. Store Digital Hub, the amount will be processed within 1–2 business days.
