18650 Lithium Battery Capacity & IR Tester Module Designed for battery enthusiasts, DIY builders, and electronics repair professionals, this module provides accurate mAh/mWh measurements and DC two-wire internal resistance testing.

Whether you are salvaging old cells, verifying new ones for a UPS system, or building a custom power pack, this tool allows you to rigorously test your flat-head 18650 batteries through up to 9 programmable automatic charge and discharge cycles.

• Working Power Supply: DC 5V external power supply (via Type-C) OR an 18650 battery

• Compatible Batteries:  18650 lithium-ion batteries requiring 4.2V charging and 2.5V–3.5V stop-discharge voltage.

• Charging Current: Max ~1A (Program-controlled) / ~0.5A (Hardware-controlled). Full charge voltage is 4.2V.

• Discharging Current: Max ~1A (Non-adjustable, fixed via two onboard resistors).

• Stop Discharge Voltages: 2.5V, 2.6V, 2.7V, 2.8V, 2.9V, 3.0V, 3.1V, 3.2V, 3.3V, 3.4V, 3.5V.

 Important Safety & Usage Warnings:

1. Heat Dissipation: During the discharging process, load resistors will generate high temperatures. Do not cover the device. Ensure the testing environment is well-ventilated. Adding an external cooling fan is highly recommended for prolonged use.

2. Battery Type Restriction: This tester DOES NOT support Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery charging.

3. Battery Fit: The battery clamps are highly compact and exclusively designed for flat-head 18650 batteries.

Quick Start Guide:

Power On/Off:

• Auto-On: The device automatically powers on when plugged into a power source.

• Manual Off: Press and hold the “ON/OFF/Menu” button.

• Manual On: Click the “ON/OFF/Menu” button once if the device is plugged in but turned off.

How to Switch Languages (English / Chinese):

1. Turn off the device.

2. Press and hold the “Adjust” button while plugging in/powering on the device.

3. Release the button after the screen lights up.

4. Wait for 10 seconds, then turn the device off.

5. Reboot the device to complete the language switch.
